Opinion: Like Buttons will Fail

My humble prediction is that with time, most people will be so sick of Facebookâs “like” button that it will have the opposite effect.
Over saturation is not a good thing.
Instead of attempting to make every page on the Internet a Facebook page, why not make an open, easy to use API and let developers build innovative applications that extend Facebook? As of now, Facebook is not an enjoyable platform to work with.
